Gameplay features did not pan out as i’ve planned, so i’m leaving some fresh air out here.
Cute game, share with your frens.

The new Skeletal Dance Party v 1.1.4 patch contains lots of new models for Reva’s equipment and lots of bug fixes.
Also It is currently 13% off:
CUUUUUTEEEEE :3
I’ve bben making my dungeon a lot cozier, with all the rubble and gothic architecture elements strewn around, and now we even have an optional objective for you to rescue!
It’s missing a door with a huge padlock, but it’s going to be there! Along with the ornate golden key you first have to find!
I’ve been cleaning up my spaghetti and adding some quality of life stuff like attack trails (i still need to do those for the enemies) and the damage indicator, also increased the weave distance, so you can dodge better.
Adding attack trails to the enemies will also help improve the way the encounters go, i think. Also, i really want to push the FOV higher, but still can’t find a relaible way to keep those arms in the same FOV (the Panini projection thing that was in Unreal Tournament and is out of the engine now).
Also did a lot of much needed material work, reimported every damn texture at it’s maximum resolution, out of the idea that i could always downscale it it, but finding the “originals” later in development is going to kill me, not to mention i’m also excited about upcoming 4.21 features.
I’ve also added collectable treasures (they go KACHING), but no new treasure assets, i’ll do them next week. Once the new features are fully up and working i’ll make a showcase post that i’m also can’t wait to see, because a lot of these small adjustments take a lot of time and are seeemingly not that impactful (but they are).
